Abbotsford police arrested a driver who had "run the border" on the weekend. 

According to a social media post on Monday (April 14) from the Abbotsford Police Department recapping weekend incidents, the department's gang crime unit found the vehicle and boxed it in on Highway 1. 

The driver was turned over to Canada Border Services Agency. 

The incident was among 345 files APD handled from Friday at 5 p.m. to Monday at 6 p.m. 

Police say 30 impaired drivers and 11 excessive speeders were also removed from the road.
