The Abbotsford Police Department and ICBC are teaming up to host an event for motorcycle riders.
The skills challenge will be on May 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the Northview Church (32040 Downes Rd.) parking lot.
Participants will have the opportunity to navigate a skills course. Police with motorcycle experience will provide tips and guidance.
This free event will allow participants to navigate a skills course, get feedback from Police motorcycle riders and gain knowledge about motorcycle safety from our Traffic Enforcement Unit and ICBC.

All riders must have a class six licence, class six learners or class eight with a supervisor. Participants are also required to wear proper safety equipment and bring an insured and legal motorcycle.
The event is to encourage motorcyclists of all abilities to test their skills in a safe setting and learn more about motorcycle safety.
