The Abbotsford-based Fraserway RV has received the highest honour from the industry’s pre-eminent publication – RV Business Magazine – and is the recipient of a 2024 Blue Ribbon Dealer Award.
The local business is among five dealerships in North America and one of only two in Canada that have been judged by the publication to be the "best of the best" – demonstrating exceptional performance in various categories, including customer service, community involvement, innovation and overall business practices.
Dealerships are evaluated based on a comprehensive set of criteria that reflect industry standards and best practices. This year in particular, the judging panel suggested the quality of applications was among the best ever, making the decision-making process very difficult.
This is the second time that Fraserway RV has received the top honour, while also being named a top 50 dealership award recipient for the ninth consecutive year.
“Being judged as the best of the best is an absolute honour and a credit to our entire staff – and the collective commitment to customer care at every level,” said Rex Sheehy, CEO of Fraserway RV.
“Our goal has always been to serve our customers and community in a manner that is thoughtful and serves their needs as much as possible.”
To be eligible, dealerships must first be nominated by RV manufacturers. Nominees are then required to complete a comprehensive application, describing their in-depth approach to business practices, including marketing, employee training, financial planning, charitable giving and more.
Once completed, applications are reviewed by a panel of industry representatives.
Fraserway RV and other honourees will be officially recognized Nov. 13 at a reception and ceremony during the 2024 RV Dealers Convention/Expo in Las Vegas.
Established in 1969, Fraserway RV is Canada's largest and only national RV rental company and dealership network. The company has 12 locations across the country.
