A five-vehicle collision on Highway 1 had traffic blocked in Chilliwack on Friday afternoon.
The crash happened around 3 p.m. on Nov. 8 in the westbound lanes of the highway, west of Yale Road West.
According to crews on scene everyone was out of the vehicles. At least two people suffered non-life-threatening injuries as a result.
This was the second of two major crashes in Chilliwack that day. The other happened around 6 a.m. when a semi truck rolled over blocking all four lanes of the highway east of Annis Road. As of 3:15 p.m. the highway was still closed as a result of the early-morning crash.
