We all watch those beautiful Hockey Night in Canada intros and we think, "Who does those?" Perhaps it's just a group of videographic interns, stuck to their chairs for a tense 24 hours before every Saturday's Leafs game, cobbling them together while they somehow still find famous, classic songs we all know but they haven't used yet.

Turns out, it's one guy. A mad genius by the name of Tim Thompson, an indie filmmaker and the CBC's designated montage and features maker.
