The skies cleared for the Abbotsford International Airshow on Saturday, and the crowds soon followed.

After weeks of smoky weather, clouds and blue skies were visible in Abbotsford just in time for the annual show.

Saturday saw action get started early with the opening ceremonies, and demos from the SkyHawks, the Super Hornet and the F-16 Viper.
