The first BC Provincial Drumline Championships were held last Friday at Abbotsford secondary school.
Several local schools competed.
Robert Bateman's drumline took top honours in the concert class with a score of 86.6. They were followed by Clayburn middle school and Yale secondary in second and third place, respectively.
In the Intermediate Class, the MEI Screaming Eagles Drumline posted a score of 89 to top Abbotsford.
