The Envision Financial Coffee House Concert Series present Patrick Jolicoeur on Saturday, Oct. 18 at SippChai Cafe (31205 Maclure Rd.).
The concert takes place from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
Jolicoeur is a young singer/songwriter from Abbotsford. As a nine-year-old, he wrote his first songs and never stopped.
He continues to write and perform his solo work, combining the vulnerable emotion of past jazz lyricists with the soundscape of acoustic folk rock.
His first acoustic record “Disconnected – the acoustic sessions” is a nine-song collection that ranges from upbeat light-hearted pseudo-country to alternative-rock ballads on the human condition to laid-back percussive ocean-side love songs.
