Mission Folk Festival returns for 26th year

After a quarter century of music, the folk festival is still going strong.

The 26th annual Mission Folk Music Festival is set for July 25-28.

The festival enters its second quarter century buzzing with a rich sense of musical wonder as it continues to  find the best, the rarest, the unheard of that should be heard while nurturing local artists and reaching around the globe to bring in the world’s great music.

From Roots and Blues to Celtic and soulful Gospel, the 2013 festival is as rich and diverse as ever.

The festival takes place at the Fraser River Heritage Park (7494 Mary St.) in Mission.
