FVRL seeks aboriginal artist in residence

Applications are welcomed from experienced aboriginal artists of all visual disciplines

An aboriginal artist in residence is being sought for Fraser Valley Regional Library as a way to share cultural knowledge throughout the region.

The artist will work with FVRL throughout June in 2014 to reflect and celebrate the diversity of  communities. The artist will tour 12 FVRL locations as they work on an art project. They will interact with the public both informally and through organized presentations to groups.

Applications are welcomed from experienced aboriginal artists of all visual disciplines, and who work in any materials or combination of materials.
