Fraser Valley Magic Circle holds annual banquet

The Fraser Valley Magic Circle holds its fourth annual Christmas banquet and show on Saturday, Nov. 7 from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The event is held at the Abbotsford Curling Club, 2555 McMillan Rd.

Close-up magicians will roam around before dinner, and special guest Gregory Wilson performs after dinner.

Wilson is a two-time International Federation of Magic Societies winner who is also know as the “Honest Con Man.” He specializes in close-up magic, sleight of hand and confidence trickery.

Wilson is a regular performer at the Magic Castle in Hollywood and at large corporate events around the world.

He is also one of the resident “wizards” on the magic show Wizard Wars with Penn and Teller.

Tickets for the event are $39 and are available at the Fraser Valley Magic Circle website at fvmc.ca.
