Duo Rendezvous will perform Friday, April 11, at the Matsqui Centennial Auditorium (32315 South Fraser Way) as part of the the Valley Concert Society series.
The duo features Jasper Wood on the violin and Daniel Bolshoy playing classical guitar, making for an interesting combination of instruments.
Wood and Bolshoy are music instructors at the University of British Columbia. Their performances have a definite Latin flavor, with a range of moods from languorous and dreamy to fiery and passionate.
A pre-concert talk featuring the guest artist will take place in the foyer at 6:50 p.m. and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m.
