The Young Life Takes Flight fundraising banquet is held Friday, Sept. 27 in Abbotsford.
The event, hosted by Young Life East Fraser, runs from 6:30 to 9:30 p.m. at the Quality Hotel and Conference Centre, 36035 North Parallel Rd.
It will celebrate the expansion of their programs supporting youth into the Abbotsford, Mission and Chilliwack areas.
Guests will enjoy pre-flight bites and in-flight snacks while having the opportunity to bid on a selection of locally donated silent auction items, including a private sightseeing flight over the Fraser Valley.

Young Life of Canada began in 1954 and strives to create meaningful, mentoring relationships between leaders and teens and to create spaces where teens are listened to, and where questions of life and faith can be discussed.
Young Life offers two options for clubs – the Traditional area club as well as the Young Life Capernaum Club specifically for teens with disabilities and/or sensory issues.
