The top 15 challengers have advanced to the next round of the Total Makeover Challenge in Abbotsford.

The challenge, presented by Shape Your World Society and supported by MSA Ford and the Abbotsford News, is held in three segments over five months.

The first portion began Jan. 21 and involved 30 women taking part in the fitness, health, personal growth/development and beauty makeover challenge.

At the end of the segment, the public was invited to vote online for their favourite challenger.

Those votes, coupled with judges’ results, determined the top 15 that have moved onto the next round.

Those 15 selected challengers are now taking part in the second portion, which culminates in public online voting taking place from April 5 to 11.

The final five, plus a wildcard contestant, will be announced at an event on April 17.

The third segment takes place until May 22, when the winner will be chosen.

The winner receives a getaway trip for two, a gym membership and a photo shoot with hair and makeup.

The top 15 challengers are: Joy Vandevelde, Gina Kaushakis, Tracy Wilton, Allison Cathcart, Josee Perron, Tonia MacKay, Analeece Durant, Megan Ranger, Joanne Proche , Ruth Greenly, Ann Marie Schenderling, Sheryl Conklin, Kim Dean, Monica Skeels and Melissa Valentine.
