PTSD WALK
The Pacific PTSD Awareness Society holds its second annual PTSD 5 km walk/run at Mill Lake Park on Sunday, March 5 at 10:30 a.m. The event is in support of first responders who are exposed to many elements that increase their risk for mental-health injuries, such as Post Traumatic Stress Disorder.
