Mud Run planned for August at motocross park near Chilliwack

There’s a new mud run in the Chilliwack area, with room for just 200 participants.

The Dirty Dash Mud Run takes place at Popkum Motor Park on Aug. 10.

It will include a five kilometre foot race with more than 25 obstacles, including running a motocross track.

The sooner you sign up, the cheaper it is to participate. Early bird registration in June is $60, July registration is $80 and August registration is $100. Every entry receives an event shirt. Entries are limited to 200 runners, who will leave in 15 minute waves starting at 11 a.m. the day of the race. The event includes free parking and key check, and unlimited laps for an extra $15.

Register by phone at 778-255-7433. For more information, visit popkummotorpark.com.
