The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF) is currently seeking volunteers for the annual CIBC Run for the Cure in Abbotsford later this year.
The run takes place at eight locations in B.C. on Sunday, Sept. 30. In Abbotsford, the event is held at Rotary Stadium.
Volunteer positions require a commitment of two to four hours a week from March until October.
Tasks include helping with fundraising and logistics. A wide variety of skills are needed, from communications and customer service to planning and organizational skills.
