The Canadian Cancer Society’s annual Relay for Life event takes place in Abbotsford overnight on Friday at Rotary Stadium.
Registration begins at 6:30 p.m., and opening ceremonies are at 7.
The relay begins at 7:15 p.m., when survivors and caregivers walk a “victory lap.”
Entertainment is provided throughout the evening, and a luminary ceremony at 10:15 is held in memory of those who have lost their lives to cancer.
The relay continues until 6 a.m. Saturday.
