A multi-faith event titled Reconciling Existence of God and Human Suffering takes place Wednesday, Feb. 1 in Abbotsford.
The session features prominent scholars from the Christian, Hindi, Muslim, Jewish and Sikh faiths presenting their viewpoints on the topic.
The conference will be moderated by Abbotsford Coun. Kelly Chahal and features keynote speaker Shirley Wilson, chair of the Abbotsford board of education.
This will be followed by a multi-media presentation.
The event runs from 6 to 8:45 p.m. at Columbia Bible College, 2940 Clearbrook Rd. Admission is free, but registration can be done online at worldreligionsconference.ca or by calling 1-877-767-1965.
