Abbotsford celebrated Canada’s 158th birthday on Tuesday with a parade and family festival.
The annual parade – with a Lights, Camera, Canada Day! – theme ran along South Fraser Way.
Participants and spectators alike were encouraged to bring their favourite movie moments to life with props and costumes.
Following the parade, the festivities continued at Exhibition Park with a free family-friendly festival.
Attendees enjoyed a wide range of interactive activities such as hay rides, mini golf, a slide and sand zone, a sports zone, sensory-friendly spaces and more.
Live entertainment took place throughout the day, and the celebration concluded with a fireworks display at dusk.
