Lydia Ryall won the 2014 Outstanding Young Farmer Award and will receive her recognition at the B.C. Agriculture Industry Gala Jan. 29.
She won out over three other contestants, two of which, Kerry Froese and Anmol Mahil, were from Abbotsford.
Ryall owns and operates a 10-acre certified organic mixed vegetable and pasture-based poultry operation on Westham Island in Delta.
