Langley nature walk explores trees

“The Wonderful World Of Trees” will be explored in a nature walk at Campbell Valley Regional Park

“The Wonderful World Of Trees” will be explored in a nature walk at Campbell Valley Regional Park on Monday, May 22, 1 to 2:30 p.m.

Mingle among the spruce, smell the fir needle, and admire the mossy gardens on maple trunks. You will discover amazing stories that the park’s trees have to tell, how to identify them, and how they help to support wildlife.

Veteran naturalist Al Grass, formerly with BC Parks, will be the guide in this event, presented by the Campbell Valley Nature House Hosts.

It’s free for all ages. Meet at the Campbell Valley Nature House, located at 20285 – 8th Avenue, Langley, via the South Valley park entrance.

For more information call Metro Vancouver Regional Parks, 604-432-6359.
