Junior Achievement of B.C. (JABC) has received a $10,000 donation from Prospera Credit Union in support of JABC business education programs.
This contribution will specifically go towards the “Economics for Success” programs in the Okanagan and the Fraser Valley.
Prospera Credit Union has also provided volunteers for the program and they are eager to continue this involvement from their staff next year.
Economics for Success encourages Grade 9 and 10 students to reflect on the advantages of remaining in school to acquire the knowledge, attitudes and skills needed for long-term career success.
