Envision Financial has partnered with Boston Pizza in support of the Full Cupboard and the Abbotsford Food Bank.
Throughout the summer, Boston Pizza will collect non-perishable food donations at its Clearbrook and Sumas locations in Abbotsford. In return, diners receive a coupon to use during their next visit.
Boston Pizza staff will also be on site at the Abbotsford Arts Council’s Envision Concert in the Park series every Saturday until September, handing out coupons to concertgoers that can be redeemed at select locations.
Envision Financial launched the Full Cupboard earlier this year, committing to raise at least $1 million for food banks in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Kitimat.
So far, more than $25,500 and 2,600 pounds of food have been collected.
The public can also support the Full Cupboard program by bringing non-perishable food donations to the Envision Concert in the Park series on July 27, Aug. 24 and Sept. 7 at Mill Lake Park.
Donations may also be made at any Envision Financial branch or online at foodbanksbc.com/get-involved-thefullcupboard.
