The auxiliary to the Abbotsford Regional Hospital has announced the cancellation of its annual fundraising bazaar.
Tough economic times have meant the event, which has been held for the past 29 years, is no longer feasible, according to bazaar convener Janet Rogers.
The bazaar, held at The Rancho, raised money for hospital equipment.
“We hope that in the future we will be able to present further fundraising endeavours, and hope that we can still count on the support of the Abbotsford public,” Rogers said.
