A program that is designed to reduce stress, raise energy and improve sleep will be coming to Abbotsford from May 7 to 11.
The Happiness Program is sponsored by the Art of Living Foundation, a non-profit organization, and takes place at University of the Fraser Valley (33884 King Rd.).
Hours are from 6 to 9:30 p.m. on May 7, 8 and 11, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on May 9 and 10.
The stress-management program uses a technique known as Sudarshan Kriya and will be conducted by Dr. Hiteshni Jugessur from Montreal.
