Slick Willie Shaw of the Harlem Globetrotters gave Alexander elementary students an anti-bullying demonstration Tuesday, teaching students how to deal with bullies while also showcasing some flashy ball-handling skills.
The Globetrotters will be in town Feb. 13 to play their longtime foes, the Washington Generals, at Abbotsford Centre.
The Globetrotters boast a star-studded roster featuring Big Easy Lofton, Ant Atkinson, Hi-Lite Bruton, Thunder Law, Bull Bullard, Firefly Fisher and Moose Weekes – plus female stars TNT Maddox, T-Time Brawner and Sweet J Ekworomadu.
