Four Abbotsford Toastmasters clubs are meeting online

Public-speaking groups hold regular sessions via Zoom due to pandemic

The international public-speaking organization Toastmasters has several clubs in Abbotsford that are currently meeting online due to the pandemic.

Toastmasters is devoted to developing members’ communication, leadership and public-speaking skills. The organization’s membership exceeds 364,000 in more than 16,200 clubs in 145 countries.

The Abbotsford Sundown Toastmasters meet online through Zoom at 7 p.m. on the first and third Thursday of every month.

The Rise and Shine Toastmasters meet at 7:30 a.m. every Friday, while the Knights of Abbotsford (Advanced Toastmasters) meet at 7 p.m. on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.

Toast of the City meets at noon every Wednesday.
