Members of the Project G group performed a "flash mob" outside of the Abbotsford Entertainment and Sports Centre on Sunday, just before the Heat hockey game, as part of a provincial contest.

The group was participating in the Provincial Eating Disorders Awareness (PEDAW) campaign.

Project G has been performing flash mobs in the community for the last couple of years, supporting agencies such as the Abbotsford Food Bank, Communitas, the Women's Resource Society and Abbotsford Community Services.

Also participating in the PEDAW contest is a group from the wellness committee at Abbotsford Community Services. Their flash mob will take place on a surprise day and location.

Deadline for submissions for the PEDAW flash mob contest is May 1. For more information or to register, email pedaw@mail.com or visit facebook.com/loveourbodiesloveourselves.
