Envision Financial employees in Abbotsford were among 192 in B.C. who recently helped out in their communities.
The workers participated in the company’s seventh annual Make a Difference Days, providing volunteer service to 24 projects in the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley and Kitimat.
This work added up to 808 hours on projects such as painting buildings, preparing meals, and sorting and distributing items at food banks.
Organizations benefitting from the assistance included the Fraser Valley Gleaners, St. Joseph’s Food Bank, the Abbotsford Food Bank, and SAINTS (Senior Animals in Need Today Society).
Make a Difference Days took place between Sept. 17 and 27.
