If your spring vacation daydreams were buried by the recent snow, the 2012 Earlybird RV Show and Sale promises a refresher on all there is to look forward to.
Rolling into Tradex at the Abbotsford Airport, the RV show runs from 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 2 until 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 5.
Hundreds of new and used recreational vehicle models in all price categories will be on display, alongside expert seminars and the latest accessories, all with a West Coast spin. Ticket holders can also enter to win this year’s grand prize RV, a Keystone Hideout 20RD Travel Trailer.
Langley-based Brian Misko, award-winning barbecue expert from House of Q, will be on the seminar stage teaching tricks and tips for family cooking on the road, complete with his own anecdotes, recipes and samples.
A featured chef at the B.C. Pavilion during the 2010 Olympic Games, Misko will prepare some of his signature, meat-based dishes, including his own family favourite, Bush Pie.
