One of the biggest events of the year for Abbotsford knitters, quilters and crafters is set for this week.
The Creative Stitches and Crafting Alive Show takes place Friday, March 18 and Saturday, March 19 at Tradex. It will include more than 100 exhibitors and more than 70 hours of workshops for both beginners and experts.
Alongside the classic crafting techniques will be new technologies, including a computerized sewing machine which integrates with an iPad.
“Tradex will be filled with the latest and most innovative products that provide the home artisan with everything needed to produce that perfect project, learn the latest techniques and trends, meet fellow artisans, compare notes and have a wonderful time,” said the show’s organizers in a statement.
