A session called Bridging the Gap: Transitioning from Child Services to Adulthood takes place on Saturday, March 5 in Abbotsford.
The event runs from 1 to 4 p.m. at Abbotsford middle school (33231 Bevan Ave.)
Participants will learn how local community organizations assist families with transitions.
Organizations supporting children and youth with special needs and/or mental health challenges will be on hand. Food and door prizes are included.
