The hit CBC TV show Dragons’ Den returns to Abbotsford for another round of open auditions on Monday, March 26.
The city is one of more than 40 stops across Canada, as producers search for budding entrepreneurs to appear on season six of the program.
The Abbotsford auditions take place from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Best Western Plus Regency Inn and Conference Centre at 32110 Marshall Rd. This is the third consecutive year that the auditions have been held in the community.
No experience is necessary and participants of all ages are encouraged. They must present their pitches in under five minutes.
Selected candidates could then be invited to face the “Dragons” – a panel of business tycoons – in Toronto to seek an investment in their product or business.
Candidates are asked to apply online at cbc.ca/dragonsden and bring a completed application form to the audition.
Dragons’ Den airs Wednesday nights at 8 p.m. on CBC Television.
