The Alzheimer Society of B.C. is offering a free series for caregivers.
The Family Caregiver Series runs on four Thursdays from 4 to 6 p.m., starting on Oct. 2, at Garden Park Tower (2825 Clearbrook Rd.).
The sessions provide practical techniques and strategies for caregivers. Participants will gain an understanding of dementia, communication and behaviour as a form of communication.
