The Abbotsford SPCA shelter (34312 Industrial Way) hosts an open house on Saturday, Aug. 20 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event includes clothing and merchandise for sale, barbecued food, cake, drinks and display tables with information about BC SPCA services.
There will also be tours of the facility to show off recent improvements, including a brand new kitchen that was donated and installed by Columbia Cabinets in Abbotsford.
All funds raised at the open house support the Abbotsford shelter.
