The Fraser Valley Health Care Foundation recently received a cheque of almost $2,700 from the Abbotsford Lions Club to purchase items for Abbotsford Regional Hospital.

The donation will go towards stethoscopes for the maternity ward, a trans illuminator for the neo-natal intensive care unit, and medical-grade pillows for the emergency department.

The cheque was presented by Lions Club members Lynne Hutsul and Gail Maltby.
