The Abbotsford Costco location has pledged to raise $20,000 for Breakfast Club of Canada from Sept. 6 to 15.
Shoppers are asked to make a donation to the charity, with tax receipts issued for all contributions over $20.
Breakfast Club of Canada provides kids with daily access to a nutritious breakfast at school. The organization says that one in three children does not eat breakfast regularly.
Funds raised in Abbotsford go toward local schools.
Costco has been supporting Breakfast Club of Canada since 2007 by raising funds and increasing public awareness about school breakfast programs.
