David Bentall, a member of Vancouver's Bentall family, famous for the city's Bentall towers, will be speaking at an Abbotsford Chamber event on May 17 at 4 p.m.
Bentall worked for 20 years in his family’s businesses, focusing on real estate development at The Bentall Group. He also served for seven years as President and CEO of Dominion Construction. During that time, the company’s sales grew from $150 million per year to just under $300 million.
He is now president of his own firm, Next Step Advisors a company that provides succession consulting and executive coaching.
Hosted at Fix Auto and Hot Rod’s Restos on Abbotsford Way, the event's unusual venue should add a fun twist for all that attend. Guests will be given behind-the-scenes tours of the property and the different projects that are under way, including a variety of show-winning hot rods and custom builds that will be on display.
