Lally Farms in Abbotsford has received Loblaw Companies Limited’s Vendor Development Partnership Award.
The award recognizes leadership within the produce industry for food safety, quality, corporate social responsibility and excellence in customer service.
Raj and Manlin Lally recently accepted the award in Vancouver at Loblaw’s annual assembly of more than 45 local growers.
Lally Farms is one of the most recognized fresh-berry packers in the industry and has supplied outstanding produce to Loblaw for more than 35 years, according to award organizers.
Since its inception in 1919, Loblaw has worked with local farmers, fishermen and producers, helping them grow their businesses and to contribute to the growth of local economies.
