Abbotsford Chamber of Commerce’s Young Leaders group will present its second event on Tuesday, Feb. 7 at the Abbotsford Entertainment & Sports Centre.
Young Leader mingles are an opportunity for young people to network with their peers who are at a similar stage in their careers.
The group held a successful event last October, attracting more than 100 guests.
“These events offer a non-intimidating way for young people to start networking and get introduced to the Chamber and other businesses” said Abbotsford Chamber President Patrick Giesbrecht.
“The group is not just for professionals, we have representatives from trades, agriculture, and construction too. It includes all business people under the age of 40, whether business owners themselves or employees of local companies.”
Guests can partake of appetizers and beverages provided by the Abbotsford Heat and the Abbotsford Sports & Entertainment Centre. Ticket are $10 for the first ticket and $5 for any additional. For information or to register, visit www.abbotsfordchamber.com.
