Brief History:
UFV was founded in 1974 as Fraser Valley College, and was also known as University College of the Fraser Valley until it received full university status in 2008.
There are over 15,000 students at UFV, and the Globe and Mail gave it the most "A Range" grades of all post-secondary schools in B.C.
UFV's main campus is located in Abbotsford, but it does have campuses in Chilliwack and Mission, and centres in Hope and Agassiz.
