Abbotsford Twisters athletes earn 25 medals

Twisters Gymnastics athletes ended off the season on a high note.

Twisters girls athletes finished off the season on a high note.

The team attended the Ogopogo Invitational in Kelowna from June 10 to 12, taking home 25 medals.

The following competitors earned hardware:

 

Junior Olympic 9

Samantha Reitsema: bronze on bars and beam

 

JO 7 Child

Eden Woodliffe: silver on floor

 

JO 7 Novice

Sierra Stobbe: bronze on beam

 

JO 6 Youth

Kimberlyne Tuffnell – gold on floor

 

JO 6 Child

– Kennedy Fast: gold all-around and silver on vault and bars

– Rolanda Donald: gold on vault and bars and bronze all-around

– Jordyn Tempel: bronze on vault

– Chase Lloyd: silver on beam

 

JO 4 Youth

Lauren Robertson: gold on vault and bars and silver all-around.

 

JO 4 Child

Caitlyn Carstensen: gold on vault and silver all-around.

 

JO 4 Novice

Emily Phillips: bronze on vault and floor

 

JO 3 Senior

Kate Musto: bronze on bars

 

JO 3 Junior

– Thalia Campbell: silver on bars and bronze on floor

– Maya MacDonald-Garcia: bronze on beam

– Sydney Archondous: gold on vault and bronze on bars
