Wanderers roll past Abbotsford in Premier League rugby action
The Abbotsford Rugby Football Club’s top men’s side dropped a 36-17 decision to the Castaway Wanderers on the road in Victoria on Saturday.
Brodie Henderson and Some Mosegau both recorded tries and Chris Pack booted a pair of converts for Abbotsford. The ARFC side (0-5) is still looking for its first CDI Premier League victory, though it did pick up a bonus point in the loss.
The Castaway Wanderers, who got two tries from Canadian sevens team member Mike Scholz, moved to the top of the table with a 4-1-1 record.
Up next for the Abbotsford Premier squad is a date with Capilano RFC this Saturday at Exhibition Park. Start time is 2:45 p.m.
