Thanks for reducing costs
Wow! The city fleets reduced story, by Kevin Mills, April 5, was a most welcome account of a transformed cost saving management at city hall.
This is exactly what so many people were hoping for. Sanity has finally arrived.
Yes, folks, the bright, cost-saving, mind of the city’s director of strategic planning and business improvement, Karen Sinclair, in joint effort with city staff’s cost saving suggestions, was able to save the city nearly $2 million in operating costs by reducing 13 vehicles from the city hall fleet.
Along with numerous like-minded citizens, I wish to send kudos to each of you in this gallant effort of saving taxpayers’ dollars.
Keep up the good work. We appreciate your dedication.
