WALTER (WALLY) MUDRAY

August 2, 2004

Mr. Walter "Wally" Mudray, late of Abbotsford passed away suddenly on August 2, 2004 at the 74 at MSA Hospital.

He is survived by his dedicated and loving wife Nell of 52 years, brothers; Mike (Anette), Peter, Steve, Jack (Stella) and Ernie, sisters: Jean, Marie, Anne, Helen and Ollie (Mike), numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He was predeceased by his sister Molly.

Wally was born and raised in Sandy Lake, MB. He was the third youngest of twelve children. He moved to Winnipeg in 1948, where he met his dear and beloved wife, Nell in 1950. The married in 1952 and moved to BC in 1968. Wally retired in 1995 from the Langley School Board.

He and Nell have lived in the Abbotsford area for the past 17 years. In his spare time, Wally loved to travel, make wine, garden, golf and spend time with those he loved. He will be dearly missed for his sense of humour, kindness, caring, charm, generosity and quick wit.

Walter deeply touched the lives of his family, friends and neighbours.

A Prayer Service will be held on Friday, August 6, 2004 at 8:00 p.m. at St. Ann's R.C. Church, 33333 Mayfair Avenue, Abbotsford, B.C.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, August 7 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Ann's R.C. Church with Father Wong officiating. Reception to follow at the Parish Hall.
