Walter Henry Hinz, born in Laird, Sask. Oct 25, 1909. Passed away peacefully April 5, 2005 at the Menno Hospital in Abbotsford, BC. He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Mary, children Carol (Larry), Virginia, grandchildren, Carrie (Brett), Trevor (Deanna), Roger (Kendra), and Troy (Crystal) and 9 great grandchildren. Predeceased by his son Wayne, and great grandchild Bradly Andres. Walter was the school principal for 27 yrs at David Brankin Elem. in Surrey, BC. He enjoyed his years of teaching and also the winter vacations in Mesa, Ariz. The family would like to thank the Menno Home and Hospital for all their attentions and care of our husband and father for the past 4 years. We invite the family and friends to gather and celebrate Walter's life at Central Heights MB Church on McCallum Road, Abbotsford on Tuesday, April 12, 2005 at 11:00am.
