Verna May aged 84 years was born on March 9, 1932 and passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by family, on January 26, 2017. Lovingly remembered by her daughters Branda (Alex), Cindy (Lee), Vonnie (Russ), and Tammy (Keith); sons Mark, Calvin and Sid; 15 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild; along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her husband Jim, son Randolf, granddaughter Nicky and several siblings. A family Graveside Service for Mom and Dad will be held at Hatzic Cemetery in the Spring. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canuck House, Abbotsford or charity of your choice. A special “Thank you” to Dr. Frew, and the home support workers who showed kindness and compassionate care to our Mom, also to friends and family for their kind words and support.
