With much sorrow we announce the passing of Valerie Matlak on Monday, September 13, 2010 at her home, peacefully and quietly. Valerie will be greatly missed by her beloved husband, Joe Matlak, her children, Anthony (Annette), Gloria (Warren), David (Melinda), Adrian (Lisa). Valerie was also a very proud Grandmother to Jennifer, David, Jason, Lisa, Amy and Megan Matlak. A loving sister to Sylvia McDonald, and a wonderful aunt. Friends and family are invited to a Memorial Service on Friday September 24th 2010 at 10:30am at the Leq’a’:mel Band Office at 43201 Lougheed Hwy, Deroche, BC.
