He is survived by his loving wife Martha Roberts (Redman), his brother Ronald Roberts and his family; children Joy Mostovoy, Sheila Roberts Simpson, Ronald Roberts and Rev. Ernest Roberts; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren as well as many more family members and close friends. He was loved, cherished, greatly respected and admired, and will be deeply missed by all who knew him. Theo had a zest for life, a kind, encouraging and generous man. He had a deep love for family and his faith in Jesus Christ, an incredible passion for the nature that surrounds us, and the creator of it all. He was an active member with Scouting in Canada from a very early age and he continued to share the scouting traditions throughout his life. For numerous years Theo was proud to be a strong facilitator of Health Alert in Abbotsford. Theo was honored as a member of the Order of Ministry through the United Church of Canada for thirty-seven years of faithful service. He dedicated his life to his ministries, family and friends and could always be called upon. He ministered throughout British Columbia, Manitoba, Saskatchewan as well as Ontario. Within each of his ministries Theo was an active member of choir and encouraged and fostered the musical aspects of worship.
